### What happens next

- For a trial, receive a key valid for 30 days from issuance, with the expiry date printed on it.
- For a full license, agree pricing and payment by email, then receive a key with no end date.
- Use the same DocuLift NuGet package for either key.

Submitting this form does not generate a key automatically. Please do not send documents or private signing keys.

How will I receive my key?

Our licensing team issues keys manually and sends them by email. Requesting a trial does not generate a key automatically. For a full license, pricing and payment are agreed by email before your license key is sent.

How long does a trial last?

Your trial lasts 30 days from the date the key is issued. The expiry date is printed on the key. A full license key has no end date, and both key types use the same DocuLift NuGet package.

How much does a license cost?

Email licensing@doculift.org to discuss your license and agree pricing and payment. Prices are not listed on the website. Your full license key is then emailed to you; there is no online checkout for this release.

Where should I put my key?

Store your key in DOCULIFT\_LICENSE\_KEY or Doculift:LicenseKey in appsettings configuration. Application configuration is the normal path, rather than putting the key directly in source code. Never email private signing keys or put them on your website.

Do I need another package for a full license?

No. Trial and full license keys use the same DocuLift NuGet package. When your full license key arrives by email, update your application configuration with the new key. You do not need a new download for a new trial.

Are my documents uploaded?

No. DocuLift 0.0.1 runs offline inside your software and does not upload your files. Your application does not call DocuLift at runtime. The library reads TXT, RTF, PDF, Word (.docx), and PowerPoint (.pptx) files.
